PapaDrayich asks the competitive community to step it up in his newest blog post. 
Kim 'PapaDrayich' Larsson of TS Gaming , the father figure of competitive Heroes of Newerth, wrote a blog post about what needs to be done to make the game more competitive and more attractive to sponsors and organizations.
He criticizes the lack of commitment amongst teams and organizations that host tournaments. He urges for a more professional attitude in order for the game to progress and establish itself as an eSport.
Teams forfeiting and rescheduling matches is in the center point of his write-up. He mentions that no serious organization or sponsor would want to be involved with such behavior as they want to be seen in a positive light - sponsoring teams that can't even play their matches on set date and time is not what they're looking for.
